$18 to $24 per hour, DOE and skill level. (Note: We spend 60+ hours training you which is usually done at $16 per hour.)

Pay Scale Model $18 per hour = Standard teacher rate for those still within the 90 day probationary period. $18 - 20 hour = Teacher rate after 90 days, assessed again at 180 days. $21 - $22 hr. = Lead Teacher with degree, but no experience (after training & 90). $21 - $22 hr. = Lead Teacher with experience, no degree (after training & 90). $23/$24 hour = Lead Teacher with experience AND degree (after training & 90).
We Are Currently Hiring! We're Looking For...
Lead Teacher, full-time 32 to 40 hours per week available. MUST have teacher experience.
A part-time, bilingual Spanish speaking assistant to help model the language for the children!
Substitutes who can be trained in our program and then available when we are understaffed and need a teacher or assistant.
You must be Teacher Qualified within 30 days of hire (meaning you are current on all the required certifications, like pediatric CPR & 1st Aid, Reporting Abuse, Food Handler's Card, etc.) and maintain your required certifications and training hours every year. Experienced with teaching ages two through five.
You must be good at taking guidance from the Program Director, communicating with co-workers, honoring how our program is run, and being respectful and positive with the children and their families.
Those who are unvaccinated, in our program, won't be allowed on the premises when there is an outbreak of disease that immunization protects us against. This may mean unpaid time off for unvaccinated employees. We prioritize the health and well-being of the whole group.
